Prior to joining TagEnergy, Ashleigh was a Senior Associate at White & Case in the Project Development and Finance practice.

Ashleigh has a broad range of legal transactional experience in project development and construction teams with her experience spanning across a range of infrastructure industries, including renewable energy, oil and gas, road and rail as well as other major infrastructure projects.

She also has significant experience in mergers & acquisitions transactions. Her experience has been multi-jurisdictional, having worked on transactions in Sub-Saharan Africa, APAC and the Middle East. This includes a secondment at OX2 in Melbourne. Ashleigh holds a dual law degree from both South Africa (University of the Witwatersrand) and New South Wales, Australia (University of Sydney).
