HR Operations Manager (Lisbon based)
Within the Operations team, reporting to the COO and in collaboration with the rest of our teams, you will oversee our HR operations in our 4 geographies and contribute to maintain a healthy and happy workplace, in line with TagEnergy core values (Entrepreneurs, Agile, Committed). The successful candidate will have a prior experience in the HR operations field, and enjoy managing multiple workstreams and creatively solving challenges to accompany the growth of the company.
Asset Manager (Lisbon based)
Within the Operations team and in collaboration with the rest of our teams, you will oversee our growing operating portfolio in the UK. Your first mission will be to manage our existing portfolio (2 BESS sites in operations) and to prepare the operations phase of our projects under construction (3 projects as of now and more to come), providing oversight of all operational activities. The successful candidate will ideally have a first experience in the operations of renewable energy projects and enjoy managing multiple workstreams and creatively solving challenges to accompany the growth of the company.
Senior Project Development Manager Spain (Lisbon or Madrid based)
Within the Development team, you will grow the company’s portfolio in Spain by identifying, partnering or acquiring new wind, solar or energy storage projects. You will manage their development by coordinating the wide range of workstreams to bring them successfully towards final investment decision and construction. The successful candidate will have experience in the Spanish renewables market and enjoy creating new business opportunities.
Procurement Analyst (Lisbon based)
Within the Procurement team and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will contribute to the procurement strategy and the commercial negotiations for power generation and storage equipment, supporting TagEnergy’s development, engineering, and construction activities. The candidate will have a solid technical background with good commercial skills and like negotiation dynamics.

Asset Management Director (Sydney based)
Within the Operations team and in collaboration with the rest of our teams, you will be in charge of our growing operating portfolio and contribute to shape our Asset management capability in Australia. Your first mission will be to prepare the operations phase of our projects under construction, providing oversight of all operational activities. The successful candidate will have a prior experience in the operations of renewable energy projects, including technical and commercial fields.
