Coming with a strong track record and experience in the UK renewables market, the Managing Partner will be responsible for elaborating the strategy and growing the business in the region. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the Managing Partner will be the local representant of TagEnergy in the UK, and interact with industry partners, National Grid, DNOs, government and other stakeholders. The role also covers the oversight of both the construction and operation of the portfolio in coordination with the COO Europe.

Transaction Analyst (Lisbon based)
Within the Lisbon-based Finance team, you will work with the Transaction Director, focusing on financial modelling and transaction support in the financing process of our projects development. This will involve all stages of the projects life-cycle, different technologies, and all the locations where the company operates.
Group finance controller (Lisbon based)
Within the Lisbon-based Finance team, you will work with the consolidation director namely on the overall coordination of financial related matters of the holding and devco’s, monitoring projects under development, defining and implementing group accounting policies and methods in accordance with IFRS, partnering with outsourced financial services and project controlling team on monthly closing and ensuring monthly reliable, accurate and complete consolidated reporting is provided in a timely manner to the board.
Treasury Manager (Lisbon based)
Within the Lisbon-based Finance team, you will work with the consolidation director overseeing group treasury, ensuring daily cash management, monitoring cash sources and uses, forecasting on short-term, managing corporate debt facilities agreements, managing foreign currency exposure and intercompany financing.
Project Development Manager Portugal - VIE (Lisbon based)
Within the Development team, you will manage the development of identified projects towards final investment decision and construction. This covers a wide range of workstreams including ecological evaluation, community engagement, permitting, energy yield and grid connection assessments, and budget & programme management. You will also coordinate the procurement process with the support of the procurement team. Senior Project Development Manager Spain (Lisbon or Madrid based)
Within the Development team, you will grow the company’s portfolio in Spain by identifying, partnering or acquiring new wind, solar or energy storage projects. You will manage their development by coordinating the wide range of workstreams to bring them successfully towards final investment decision and construction. The successful candidate will have experience in the Spanish renewables market and enjoy creating new business opportunities.
Procurement Analyst (Lisbon based)
Within the Procurement team and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will contribute to the procurement strategy and the commercial negotiations for power generation and storage equipment, supporting TagEnergy’s development, engineering, and construction activities. The candidate will have a solid technical background with good commercial skills and like negotiation dynamics.
Chief Commercial and Legal officer (Lisbon based)
Reporting to the CEO and part of the executive management team, the chief Commercial and Legal Officer will be responsible for the Energy Management team, overseeing the innovative commercialization strategy for the electricity generated and stored by TagEnergy’s assets, as well as overseeing the internal and legal functions in the company.
Market Analyst (Lisbon based)
Within the Energy Management team, you will develop TagEnergy’s market prices scenarios, manage price forecast studies and support the development and finance team in the definition of the projects revenues. You will explore new revenue opportunities for TagEnergy solar, wind and storage projects, develop contracting strategies for European projects and contribute to the selection and negotiation of the route to market providers.

Within the Construction/Operations team and reporting to the COO Europe, you will lead renewable energy projects during construction and brings assets to commissioning and continue to grow TagEnergy’s operating portfolio in Europe/UK. Commercial Origination Manager (Sydney based)
Within the Energy Management team, you will lead the design, marketing and sale of electricity and services for our Australian projects. You will actively position TagEnergy’s PPA offering with a range of corporate, government and private counterparties. The successful candidate will also exchange ideas and analysis with the team and projects in Europe to contribute to the successful growth of TagEnergy’s overall portfolio.
Project Financial Controller (Sydney based)
Within the finance team you will financially control the Australian assets under construction and operations. This will cover a range of financial controlling responsibilities including preparation of financial information to ensure compliance with lender obligations and support financial interfaces, periodic financial reporting, including cash-flow budgets and forecasts, updates to operational models, analysis of budget and business plan variances, review and control of tax calculations, preparation and submission of information for annual and semi-annual audit, management of billing and invoice processes, and cash settlement of revenues. The successful candidate will be exposed to cross-discipline finance functions and liaise day to day with the key internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Manager (Sydney based)
The Technical Manager will have a broad experience in the technical development of renewable energy (ideally wind) and energy storage (BESS) projects. Specifically, the candidate will have exposure to analysing energy yield, levelised cost of energy (LCOE), leading technical specifications review and amendments, guiding work of external consultants and technical due diligence of project acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will be able to highlight success within companies that have evolving systems and processes (vs mature) and are willing to work across a broad range of responsibilities in addition to their core functions. The candidate will assist in managing and creating robust construction packages, ensuring a clear risk allocations. The candidate will work on projects in the Australian market, however opportunities to assist TagEnergy in other markets will also emerge.
