Diego started his career with Enel Green Power in Brazil, developing solar projects for the government renewable auctions. Then for eight years, holding various business development roles across Brazil, Mexico, Italy and Australia, he has been successfully developing more than 2GW of projects.

In his mandate in Australia, Diego has been opening and supporting the consolidation of Enel Green Power activities in Sydney, where he secured a 1.5+ GW Pipeline of wind, solar and BESS projects.

Diego returned to Europe in 2022 to to join Tag Energy as Senior Project Manager Spain and is now in charge of TagEnergy’s development activities for Iberia.

Diego is Head of Development – Iberia at TagEnergy, based in Lisbon.
