Corporate Financial Controller

Within our Consolidation team in Lisbon, you will oversee accounting data from our global outsourced accounting firm, produce financial reporting, manage treasury, and ensure compliance with reporting and taxation rules across all Group geographies. You will also ensure IFRS compliance, streamline processes, support audits, and provide accurate financial insights to guide business decisions.

This role offers a clear path to senior finance leadership, from Senior Finance Controller to Finance Director, with increasing responsibility across global operations. High performers can progress to CFO or other strategic finance roles, influencing business growth, M&A, and investor relations.

Profile

  •  5+ years of experience in consolidation, group controlling and reporting under IFRS
  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query and Power BI would be a plus)
  • Operational English proficiency

Sydney

Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel (Australia)

While a significant focus will be assisting the land and development teams on property related matters, as a member of a small and agile global legal function, you will also be required to support activities across the full life cycle of renewable projects, including planning and environmental approvals, grid connection process, construction contracts, joint venture or joint development agreements, sale agreements and financial close processes and supporting TagEnergy’s assets under construction and in operation.

As a successful member of the team, you will:

  • share a passion for the efficient decarbonisation of the Australian electricity network;
  • provide effective and considered commercial legal advice to the business;
  • efficiently manage contractual negotiations, legal due diligence processes and external law firms engaged by the business;
  • draft and review agreements in accordance with internal business and policy requirements;
  • be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and commercial risks across projects and operations, including sharing knowledge updates and providing or procuring targeted training sessions; and
  • supporting the legal team’s continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of legal tools (including legal AI), budgeting and standardisation of documentation.

Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years PQE;
  • strong background in property / real estate gained in a reputable law firm;
  • experience with renewable energy projects and/or large-scale infrastructure; and
  • experience in-house at a renewable energy developer or IPP will be highly valued.

Manly, Australia

Energy Market Analyst

Within our Energy Management team in Australia and working closely with the rest of the teams, you will support the analysis and strategic development of our renewable energy portfolio across Australian power markets including the NEM and WEM. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver data-driven insights that inform asset optimisation, revenue forecasting, trading operations and energy contracting decisions.

Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics/Business, Environmental Science, or a related analytical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in energy market analysis, trading, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Knowledge of Australian power markets and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
