After creating and developing several businesses in Portugal and Brazil, Franck started working in renewable energy as Managing Director of the Portuguese and Australian operations of a global IPP. During his tenure, he effectively led and managed the development, procurement, financing and construction of numerous solar, wind and energy storage projects across both countries, with a combined capital value exceeding €1.5 billion. Among them were notable milestones such as the construction of the world’s largest battery at the time, the pioneering integration of a wind farm, battery storage, and agribusiness facility, as well as the development of Australia’s largest solar farm.

Raphaël Lance (Mirova)
Head of Energy Transition Funds at Mirova since 2009, Raphaël Lance manages 9 funds representing 4 billion euros of assets in renewable energy and low carbon mobility, globally. He heads a team of 45 people and is sits on the Management Committee of Mirova. He previously spent 12 years in GE in various finance and M&A roles mostly in GE O&G and in GE Energy Financial Services. He started his career in shipping finance at Crédit Lyonnais.
Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas (TagHolding / Exor)
Benoît is a Managing Director at Exor NV and a Board member of automotive leader Stellantis and healthcare specialist Institut Merieux. Beginning his career at the French Council of State in 1997, he transitioned to roles at Thales, a leading French company in aerospace and defense, where he eventually served as Chief Executive Officer of Thales Underwater Systems. He later held executive positions at CGG and Zodiac Aerospace. From 2017 to 2020, he served as Chief of Staff of the French Prime Minister.
Aurélien Tignol (TagHolding / Impala)
Aurélien joined Impala in 2014 as Senior Vice-President of Development. He serves as the CEO at Edgyn, a French company specializing in the protection of brands and products and as Chair of Inexto, a Swiss company specialized in product traceability. Prior to Impala, Aurélien served as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group and, between 2009 and 2011, as a civil servant at the French Ministry of Energy and Climate.
Jacques Veyrat (Impala) – Board Observer
Jacques created his holding company Impala in 2011. Impala holds control or co-control positions in 12 companies and launches in average one new project every year. Its net asset value is over 3 billion euros and its major interests are in energy and cosmetics. Before 2011, Jacques was a civil servant at the French Ministry of Finance. He became an entrepreneur in the telecom sector with Neuf Cegetel that he founded and managed. Following this, Jacques became CEO of commodities merchant Louis Dreyfus Group.

Sheri Hickok
Throughout her 27-year career, Sheri has focused on developing and scaling industry-leading products that support a net-zero carbon emissions economy. She has held leadership positions with GE Renewable Energy and General Motors ranging from Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management to P&L. At GE Renewable Energy, Sheri was responsible for the future growth and implementation of GE onshore wind turbines across APAC, MENAT, LATAM, EU and SSA.
Sheri is a member of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders and Women in Tech, and a three-time DAVOS Panelist on Urban Mobility. From December 2023 she is CEO of Climate Impact Partners which is committed to growing the voluntary carbon market and partnerships with clients, projects, Governments and industry peers.
Nino Ficca
With extensive senior executive experience in strategic and operational roles within the energy sector, including in the Australian national electricity and gas markets, Nino holds a BEng (Hons), is a Member of AICD and a Fellow of Institute of Engineers Australia (FIEAust).
He served as Managing Director of AusNet Services Limited (AST:ASX) and its predecessors, SP AusNet and SPI PowerNet, from 2001-19 and is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Australian Energy Market Operator, a Non-Executive Director of APA Group (ASX:APA), Co-Founder, Director and a member of Deakin University Council and advises TagEnergy internationally.
Mark Twidell
Mark is an energy executive with over 30 years’ experience in building new markets, programs and teams globally in the solar and storage sectors. As Director – Energy Programs at Tesla, he led the business in Asia-Pacific, and during 2019-21 the Americas and Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Appointed to the Board of AGL in 2022 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Mark has helped companies and governments with the energy transition, having served on the boards of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency and Commonwealth Government Solar Flagships Council, and as Deputy Chair of the Clean Energy Council.
Harry Bond
Founder and CEO of Longspur Capital, a specialist clean energy investment business, and Temporis Wind, a renewable energy development and investment business in wind, solar, hydro and bioenergy, Harry is a renewable energy specialist.
He built the largest independent feed-in-tariff wind business in the UK and invested in renewable energy assets with a capital value >£400m over the last 10 years, after 12 years’ investment banking experience in London and New York. Harry is Non-Executive Director of Exagen, a developer of Renewable Energy projects in the UK.
