Sara graduated in psychology and began her career in London with global recruitment firms. She later completed a degree in HR management in London, further specializing in the field.

With over 10 years of experience working in different HR functions, Sara has collaborated with companies ranging from startups to SMEs, developing expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Sara joined TagEnergy as Human Resources Operations Manager to support the development of the team across all its geographies. She is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
