Thomas is an energy economist, with a Master’s degree from Bocconi University. He started his career as an energy market analyst at AFRY in Oxford covering the Dutch electricity market. He then moved to the Madrid office, working on a variety of consulting projects, always involving renewable energy projects and long term modelling.

After 4 years at AFRY, Thomas moved to McKinsey to join their Energy Solutions team. Here he worked on a broad range of consulting projects in the energy sector. He gained valuable experience from the industry, working with large electricity consumers and their sustainability journeys.

Thomas joined the TagEnergy team as an Electricity Markets Manager – responsible for the market analysis and contracting of TagEnergy European assets. He is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
